About
Jessica Carpenter, the owner of Meetings, Management, and More, has been providing leadership and administrative support to non-profits for over ten years and event management services for over 22 years.
Prior to working in the non-profit sector, Jessica had a fifteen-year tenure in the hospitality industry, creating a foundation for customer service focused work. Some positions held at two local hotels included Assistant General Manager, Director of Sales & Catering, Accounts Payable, Human Resource Coordinator, and office assistant.
Jessica is currently the Board President for the Recovery Outreach Community Center (ROCC). ROCC is a Salem non-profit and is a peer-run, trauma-informed community, creating safe spaces for all. Jessica is currently a Stewardship Council member for a new non-profit in the community, Radness Ensues.
During her time in the hospitality industry, Jessica served as a Board Director for Travel Salem.
Jessica volunteers as a parent volunteer/coach with Special Olympics in Marion County and is contracted to help with the annual State Capital & Corvallis Polar Plunge events.
Vanessa Gaziano is a dynamic and ambitious young professional with a diverse background in the customer service food & beverage industry. With several years of experience in various roles, Vanessa developed a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.
Looking to expand her skill set and explore new opportunities to support non-profit organizations in her community, Vanessa joined Meetings, Management, and More full-time in September 2022, bringing a passion for problem-solving and customer service to her new client support role.
With her can-do attitude and natural curiosity, Vanessa is ready to tackle new challenges. Whether developing new skills, building relationships, or exceeding expectations, Vanessa is determined to support our clients successfully.
Christina Korkow, is the Executive Director of the Recovery Outreach Community Center (ROCC) (www.roccsalem.orgLinks to an external site.); a grassroots, nonprofit organization, that is dedicated to serving individuals that are having challenges with mental health, addictions, houselessness, and reentry after incarceration. Christina has worked in the non-profit industry for over 10 years and supports Meetings, Management, and More with seasonal event support, as needed.
