About
Jessica Carpenter, owner of Meetings, Management, and More, has been providing leadership and administrative support to non-profits for over a decade and event management services for more than 22 years.
Before transitioning to the non-profit sector, Jessica spent 15 years in the hospitality industry, where she built a strong foundation in customer service-focused work. She held various roles at two local hotels, including Assistant General Manager, Director of Sales & Catering, Accounts Payable, Human Resource Coordinator, and Office Assistant.
Jessica currently serves as the Past President of the Recovery Outreach Community Center (ROCC), a peer-run, trauma-informed nonprofit in Salem dedicated to creating safe spaces for all. She is also a Stewardship Council member for Radness Ensues, a newly established nonprofit in the community.
During her hospitality career, Jessica was a Board Director for Travel Salem.
An active volunteer, she coaches and supports Special Olympics in Marion County. Previously, her company was contracted to assist with the annual State Capitol & Corvallis Polar Plunge events, raising over $300K for Special Olympic Athletes in Oregon.
Vanessa Gaziano is a dynamic and ambitious young professional with a diverse background in the customer service food & beverage industry. With several years of experience in various roles, Vanessa developed a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.
Looking to expand her skill set and explore new opportunities to support non-profit organizations in her community, Vanessa joined Meetings, Management, and More full-time in September 2022, bringing a passion for problem-solving and customer service to her new client support role.
With her can-do attitude and natural curiosity, Vanessa is ready to tackle new challenges. Whether developing new skills, building relationships, or exceeding expectations, Vanessa is determined to support our clients successfully.
Christina Korkow is an experienced association management professional with over 12 years of experience in the field. As the former Executive Director at the Recovery Outreach Community Center, she led the organization through significant growth and development. Christina managed daily operations, provided strategic leadership, and worked closely with the board and staff to fulfill the organization’s mission of serving the community. Her responsibilities included overseeing key programs, program development, fundraising, and building partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders.
